W1032B series electro-hydraulic servo-hydraulic bending machine is mainly composed of the machine bed, control system, hydraulic system, back gauge system, tools, and compensation mechanism and comply with down-acting motion (the hydraulic drive system is on the top, and the slider is driven up and down, while the workbench does not move). Numerical Control mechanical compensation

The numerical control mechanical compensation refers to a numerical control system that calculates the required compensation amount according to the load force when the workpiece is bent and automatically controls the relative movement of the convex wedge.
The mechanical deflection compensation mechanism is composed of a set of convex inclined wedge blocks with inclined surfaces. Among them, a set of wedges forms a curve in the length direction of the worktable that is consistent with the actual deflection. Hence, the gap between the upper and lower molds of the sample is perfectly correspondence with each other during bending to ensure that the bending angle is consistent.

Precision compensation - The numerical control mechanical compensation uses a potentiometer to measure the position of the return signal, and the numerical control axis can achieve digital control, making the compensation value more accurate.

Better bending outcome - Mechanical deflection compensation generates many compensation points, and the bending machine achieves linear compensation to the greatest extent when bending the workpiece, thereby further improving the bending quality of the workpiece.
