Han’s Laser Wins Multiple 2026 Ringier Technology Innovation Awards

The company’s laser marking and inspection production line, HAN’S 801-Tube CNC system and 30,000 W Ai-Cut intelligent laser source received recognition across laser processing systems and equipment components.

SHANGHAI, China, October 30, 2026 — Han’s Laser received multiple awards at the 2026 Ringier Technology Innovation Awards for the Laser Processing Industry, held in Shanghai. Recognized products included a laser marking and inspection automation production line, the HAN’S 801-Tube laser tube cutting CNC system, and a 30,000 W Ai-Cut intelligent laser source.

The awards span two categories: Laser Processing Systems and Laser Equipment Components. Together, the recognized technologies address production-line automation, tube-cutting control and intelligent laser cutting.

The Ringier Technology Innovation Awards are organized by Ringier Trade Media. According to the event organizer, this year’s laser processing awards received 77 technology submissions from 70 companies, with 40 technologies selected following online voting and expert evaluation.

Award-winning laser technologies

Laser marking and inspection automation production line

Category: Laser Processing Systems

Introduced in 2025, this production line is designed for high-end 3C electronics manufacturing. It integrates a proprietary high-power, narrow-linewidth laser source, precision motion-control modules and a dual-brand machine-vision system for positioning and inspection.

The line combines loading, code scanning, marking, inspection, sorting and unloading in an automated workflow. Han’s Laser reports that it achieves positioning and marking accuracy at the micrometre level, a comprehensive yield rate of at least 99.5%, and an unplanned downtime rate below 5%. The company also states that key non-consumable components are designed to support more than one million operating cycles without failure.

By connecting laser processing with inspection and material handling, the system is intended to help electronics manufacturers manage increasingly compact and complex products, while supporting production consistency and traceability.

HAN’S 801-Tube laser tube cutting CNC system

Category: Laser Processing Systems

The HAN’S 801-Tube is a CNC system developed for laser tube cutting machines. It uses a PC-based soft real-time architecture, with an interpolation cycle as low as 0.5 milliseconds, and supports single-, dual- and triple-card configurations.

The system uses EtherCAT communication and a second-generation motion-control algorithm. Its functions include automatic centering, combined interpolation and follow-up control, cross-plane leap movement, and corner-process adjustment.

The system is designed for high-speed, precise tube cutting, with an enclosed industrial computer intended to help protect against dust, vibration and oil contamination. Han’s Laser states that the system host and I/O modules have passed China’s 3EMC testing and CE certification.

30,000 W Ai-Cut intelligent laser source

Category: Laser Equipment Components

The 30,000 W Ai-Cut laser source features a bus-based intelligent control architecture and integrates functions for piercing, common-line cutting and process monitoring.

For piercing operations, Han’s Laser says the system enables an “pierce-through-and-move-on” processing mode, increasing overall piercing efficiency by more than 30%. The company also states that this approach can shorten processing time, reduce energy consumption and extend the service life of support slats. The laser source is designed for a broad range of materials and operating conditions.

Connecting laser sources, process control and automation

The awarded technologies represent different levels of laser manufacturing: the automation line integrates processing, inspection and material handling; the HAN’S 801-Tube system provides control capabilities for tube cutting; and the Ai-Cut laser source adds intelligent functions to high-power cutting processes.

Han’s Laser says it will continue investing in research and development and in-house innovation, with a focus on turning laser technologies into production-ready solutions for applications including electronics, Laser processing and precision components.
