About the Ranking

The Fortune Most Admired Companies ranking originated in the United States in 1983, with the China edition introduced in 2006. The 2026 ranking was based on surveys of more than 3,000 executives, directors, and analysts, covering nine core metrics including innovation capability, social responsibility, and global competitiveness. It is widely regarded as one of the most authoritative benchmarks of corporate reputation.

 

R&D-Driven Growth and Improved Operational Performance

Han’s Laser has integrated sustainable development throughout its entire value chain. In 2025, the company’s revenue reached RMB 18.759 billion, a year-on-year increase of 27%, setting a new record since its listing; net profit attributable to shareholders after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was RMB 810 million, surging 82.28% year-on-year.The expansion of AI computing infrastructure and the overseas expansion of new energy businesses drove the information industry equipment segment to exceed RMB 8.2 billion.

R&D investment reached RMB 2.084 billion, with 6,645 R&D personnel accounting for 31.70% of the workforce. Han’s Laser holds over 7,400 patents and 2,825 software copyrights, establishing a fully integrated independent ecosystem covering “core components – complete equipment – process algorithms.”

Adhering to the principle of “green and low-carbon, efficient and innovative,”  Han’s Laser invested RMB11.0289 million in environmental protection in 2025. The industrial park generated 1.0538 million kWh of photovoltaic power, with a 100% compliance rate for hazardous waste disposal and wastewater discharge standards. There were no major environmental incidents or penalties.

In terms of social responsibility, the company organized more than 3,400 training sessions covering over 42,200 participants and provided assistance to employees in need. Customer satisfaction reached 98%, with a 100% complaint resolution rate. No incidents involving commercial bribery, unfair competition, or privacy breaches were reported. Previously, the company was also named to the “2025 Top 50 Chinese Technology Companies” list for its leadership in high-end laser equipment.
