July 12, 2019 - Shenzhen. The National Office for Science & Technology Awards has revealed nominate project list that Han’s Laser receives 2 National Second Prizes. The project “Laser cutting technology for complex curved metal surface and laser welding for medium & heavy plate and difficult-to-weld materials”applied by Han’s Laser Smart Equipment Group has been committed as “The State Preeminent Science and Technology Award 2019”.

To new energy vehicle industry, the core components of those vehicles are made of medium and thick plate (above 3mm) or refractory materials. The hot-formed high-strength steel above 1000MPa has been widely used in the automotive field, to improve safety performance and achieve lightweight. The laser welding technique adopt advanced laser technology to realize small deformation, high efficiency welding of large thickness plate and high quality welding of refractory materials.
This innovative project involves several world leading laser technologies innovated by Han’s Laser and several step ahead of international criteria. The Han’s laser welding projects have won over 60 intellectual property & patents and 7 national standard was stuctured by Han’s Laser. The high-end laser welding technology now is widely used in mass production of han’s laser welding equipment. The innovative laser technology will upgrade national smart manufacturing.
