Delivery customer services during covid-19

COVID-19 enters our life with unexpected influence that changes everyone's life. In the early of the 2020, Han's Laser Smart Equipment Group has prepared a series solutions to face the serious lockdown time. Ever more employees works to fight the convid-19, even through it is spring festival at that time. Through online communication, the special work team for convid-19 has been set up for medical material purchase, employee healthy and return-to-work plan.
 
The early return-to-work plan of convid-19.....
  1. 1. Prior to follow national department guides and report factory status to government. Finally, we received approve from government.
  2. 2. Effective and protective guide for employees works from home and work on-site, and keep visitors and employees safe by offering mask, protective suit and check employee's body temperature regularly.
  3. 3. Han’s manufacturing base implements 6 feet of distance between each work station and set visual guide in the way-in and way-out to avoid crowds. 
 
Service team in Egypt 

At this time, Han's Laser are not closing any offices and factories. Han's sales and services team continue to offer online training and guide for basic technical problem solving, and provide on-site technical service strictly followed employees healthy and safety requirements. We continue to provide sales and service to our customers.
Travel guidance and quick action to customers 

DL is a manufacturing job shop with large production volume that the production team has added one fully automatic laser tube cutting machine and upgraded previous fiber laser cutting machine from Han's Laser. According to on-site planning, the new workshop will be put into operation in the early 2020. However, the convid-19 gives a shoot to the original plan, lockdown policies has been applied in China. Han's services team follows national and provincial pandemic guidelines and arrives customer site.
