New plants | Han’s Laser Smart Equipment Group opens new factory in Shenzhen

April 29, 2019 Shenzhen, - Han’s Laser Smart Equipment Group has held a grand open ceremony for a new factory. It’s remarkable milestone for Han’s Laser to expand its plants and to approach the “differentiation industrialization & internationalization” strategy, which strengthens its laser machinery manufacturing and achieves a high deliverability and larger production scales. The new factory has known as the fifth factory of Han’s Laser Smart Equipment Group, specialized for standard 2D laser cutting machines.
Mr. Flame Chen, the CEO of Han’s Laser Smart Equipment Group, and the general manager of the second division of 2D laser cutting portfolio, Mr. Cai have attended this grand open ceremony with the management board of Han’s Laser Smart Equipment Group and over 100 employees of the fifth factory.
The new plant has a factory floor space of 8,000 sq meters devoted entirely to the manufacture of quality-driven products such as G3015MF, G4020MF, G6020MF, and G6025MF, which currently has 35 workstations strictly followed manufacturing rule of “standardization”, “modularization ”, “universalization” and “serialization”. The plant has been divided into three installation area for machine beam , machine bed, and changing plate. The annual production can reach up to more than 500 sets.

At present, Han’s Laser Smart Equipment Group has accelerated vulnerable experiences of digital and smart management from its four factories located in shenzhen and changsha, and will settle several smart factory in key city of domestic market and oversea market in the further localization strategy. All factory will implement one manufacturing standard, one management system and one supply chain management. The new system facilitates all department collaboration from sales to management board, to maximize its advantages to adapt market challenges and constantly improve competitive advantages of 2D laser cutting, 3D laser cutting, laser tube cutting, welding, bending series until the group reaches ten billion RMB sales revenue.
