The first 20KW fiber laser cutting machine sold!

Since the first worldwide product launch of 8KW, 12KW and 15KW fiber laser cutting machine, Han’ s Laser Smart Equipment Group has successfully delivered the world first 20KW fiber laser cutting machine to the domestic customer in the early of 2019.

Han’s Laser Smart Equipment Group has broken through the technical barrier of thick-metal cutting and maintains successfully 20KW ultra-high laser cutting technique. The latest thick-metal technique accelerates metal cutting efficiency rate over 20% and improves cutting reliability that can process metal thickness up to 100mm. The ultra-high amplifier laser power provides fast laser cutting speed, better laser cutting quality and double effectiveness.

The latest ultra-high fiber laser cutting machine of 20KW adopts HF series machine bed, a stable iron-based and well-machining by machining center, to ensure an outstanding machine dynamic and longer utilization for end users.
 

Remarkable protection technology
The 20KW fiber laser cutting machine is a prototype with high-level protection technology to avoid the matters of thermal conduction and heat penetration and extend the machine tool life-cycle. The protection mechanism pursues a principle that advances machine structures and also uses appropriate protective materials as double insurance for ensuring machine daily utilization and prolonging the lifetime of the easy consuming opponent at the same time. Thanks to the protection mechanism, the operational cost reduces for the long term.

A quality-ensured and effective photoelectric conversion
The fiber laser has an outstanding photoelectric conversion which can reach up to 40%. This competitive advantages also contains ultra-high laser power, less damage to optical components, operation without chilling and superior efficiency. Han’s Laser Smart Equipment Group has innovated own high-power laser cutting head specialized for 20KW fiber laser, equipped with temperature and humidity detection module to supervise inner workspace at real-time. The laser head adopts precise auto-focus technique, which can fast and accurately adjust the focus in a second. That is the basis for reducing half piecing time applied in thick metal plates. The 20KW laser head has excellent optical configuration and stable airflow design which significantly improve cutting efficiency and cutting quality. The completely self-developed 20KW cutting head will greatly improve the after-sales response speed and provide customers with an efficient and convenient after-sales service.
